Seller profiles and reviews
An optional public page showing your live sales, completed handovers and reviews from buyers.
A seller profile is off until you choose a handle in Settings. Once it's public, buyers on your records page can click your name to see who's selling.
It shows only two things from your account: cars in a live sale, and handovers you've completed. Private and archived cars in your garage never appear on it.
Reviews come only from buyers who received a car's records through Vinfirm, one per completed handover, enforced by the database. They can't be bought, and you can reply to each one once.
Ratings show as an average with the count, for example 4.8 (12), from the first review. They're never used to rank, sort or recommend sellers, and Vinfirm doesn't award badges based on them.
